Rosemary Dijon Chicken Thighs

This recipe is by far the best chicken recipe our family has found.  It is REALLY easy to make and both kids just love the flavor in the chicken.  This is a great time to really stress to the kids to wash their hands REALLY good after handling the chicken.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and cover.  The chicken needs to sit in the marinade in the refrigerator for at least two hours so plan for that. We usually throw together before work and let sit all day.

Preheat the oven to 450, put chicken in a baking dish.  Put the dish on the middle rack of you oven and bake for 20 minutes.  Turn on the broiler and move dish up to the top rack.  Broil for 10 minutes or until chicken is well-browned.
Serve the chicken with your choice of side dishes.  Bailey and Brady love pasta!  We served it recently with spaghetti and our homemade pasta sauce!  We usually make big batches of the sauce and freeze in separate freezer bags.  All we had to do this night was thaw the sauce out and reheat it in a pan.
WOW now that is DELISH!  Both kids were members of the clean your plate club:)
