The first step is to make your "butter milk" as Bailey says. You are souring the milk. Let this set for 5 minutes.
Combine your dry ingredients into a bowl.
Whisk egg and melted butter into the sour milk.
Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients and whisk until lumps are gone.
Heat large skillet and coat with cooking spray.
Pour 1/4 cupfuls of your batter sportily on skillet, and just like any other pancake batter, wait for bubbles to appear.
While you wait for bubble this is where Bailey likes to get creative. This time she added banana slices and chocolate chips. She has also used fresh blueberries. The sky is the limit! After bubbles appear flip pancakes until the other side is nice and brown as well.
Serve pancakes and ENJOY!

2 tblsp white vinegar
1 cup flour
2 tblsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
2 tblsp melted butter
cooking spray
